Appendix 2: Activities rewarded in the Loyalty Program

1. The loyalty program members are rewarded for the following activities:
   1. Enrolling in the loyalty program – 500 pts.
   2. Purchase of services (transaction) – For every ₨1.00 spent on the purchase of services, the loyalty program member will receive 0,01 pts. The standard accrual rate for the purchase of services: ₨1.00 = 0,01 pts. Exceptions to the standard accrual rate have been listed in Appendix 4.
   3. Purchase of products (transaction) – For every ₨1.00 spent on the purchase of products, the loyalty program member will receive 0,01 pts. The standard accrual rate for the purchase of services: ₨1.00 = 0,01 pts. Exceptions to the standard accrual rate have been listed in Appendix 4.
   4. Successful referral - 150 pts (points are awarded both to the referring and the referred person).
   5. As a birthday gift - 100 pts.
   6. Writing a review - 50 pts.
   7. Having a review published - 25 pts.
